Accepting new patients over 18, most insurance plans welcomed. In-person and telehealth/ virtual visit options available. We are looking forward to seeing you. Please remember, per the CDC the mask mandate is still in effect for all medical practices and facilities. Existing patients can expect same day urgent visits, in most cases, and can generally accommodate new patients within a week or two.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Tabitha Lustig is a Certified Advance Practice Nurse who as been in practice since 2012. She trained in southern Nevada and graduated from the University of Las Vegas Nevada. She has worked in adult medicine the majority of her career. Prior to moving to Tri Cities, she worked with Healthcare Partners of Nevada, where she was a Medicare Wellness specialist. Her focus has always been to partner with her patients for health and wellness.
